A name for every opening

A hole in a wall takes no label. Identity starts as a pin on the plan, becomes a door number at cutting, then a QR label — one thread from plan to handover.

You see where every door stands

One screen shows the whole project — measured, cut, shipped, installed, handed over — and names the doors waiting on a decision from you. No walking the site to find out.

Every door carries its own proof

Events are recorded as they happen and never edited: who measured, who loaded, who installed, who signed, and when. When a door is disputed, the answer is already there.

It blocks the mistake, and says why

A piece cannot be remade until a new measurement is approved, so wood is never cut twice on the same error. Nothing is refused in silence — the system names what is missing.

Problems that move the piece

Damage at loading or on arrival opens an issue with responsibility already settled. Close it as a remake and the piece goes back to the cut queue under the same door number.

Your paperwork, from the record

Delivery notes on your own letterhead, and numbered progress claims that freeze the moment they are issued. Grouped by floor and door type, the way your contractor reads them.

How it works

The journey of one door

Seven stages — the same ones you already work through. What changes is that a record now sits behind each one.

It starts on the plan
Whoever draws the plan uploads it and pins every door with its place and its use — bathroom, bedroom, entrance. Floors that repeat are copied in one click — one floor drawn, not every floor. A door is born here, not in a spreadsheet.

Specs are set in bulk
A thousand doors do not need a thousand decisions. Pick a use and give it a type from your catalogue — every bathroom door is type X — and the type carries wood, veneer, fire rating and shutter count. One decision, however many doors.

Measured door by door
The foreman opens the plan on his phone, taps the door in front of him, and enters three numbers. Door by door — no measurement copied down a column for the doors nobody reached. The system never alters a number your man entered.

Cut orders, and the door number
Measurements become a cut order by door type, inside one project. The door number is born here and the carpenter writes it on the piece, so every frame has a name. Out come the cut sheet and the QR labels.

What was loaded, what arrived
Every frame is checked onto the truck and checked again when it lands. The gap between the two checks is your proof: a piece that left sound and arrived broken broke on the road. Nothing stays in transit forever.

Your stages, with evidence
Installation runs in the stages you already work in — commonly frame before plaster, shutter after, then finishing. Each stage closes with a dated photo from the man who did it. We did not invent the stages. We added the evidence.

The note, and the signature
The delivery note comes out on your own letterhead, grouped by floor and type. It is signed at the site by the person receiving — his name, his designation, his phone. What you hand the contractor cannot change behind you.

Your foreman's day, on one screen

The office app is a dashboard; the field app is a phone in a dusty hand, built for one thumb.

Nothing to install

A link in the phone's browser — any Android or iPhone, no app store, no setup evening. You send the link, and your men are working the same hour.

No dead end

Scan the QR label where the phone supports it, or type the door number, which always works. So you can start before a single label is printed.

One thumb, one screen

Everything waiting on him today, with its count: cutting to approve, frames to load, arrivals to check, doors to install, problems to answer. No menu to learn.

It defends him

A paper gets lost; a record under his name, with the time on it, does not. When a door is blamed, it answers for the man who did it right.
